How pre-orders will work
ARCHENIS plans to operate primarily on a funding basis for a certain period following its launch.
During this period production will begin only once a minimum number of orders has been reached. If that threshold is not met orders will be fully refunded and production will not move forward for that item.
Under this early structure, lead times may be longer than what you would expect from an immediately available product.
But this is not simply a conservative choice. It is a way of producing more accurately and building the brand on more stable ground.
Rather than forcing large production runs and growing inventory too early, only to risk burning out after a year, we would rather confirm real demand first and produce with greater precision.
We do not want to become a brand that appears briefly for one or two seasons and disappears. We want to build a house that grows older with you over time.
As the brand becomes more stable, we plan to expand into faster and more flexible ways of delivering products.
We will continue looking for practical ways to shorten lead times after ordering while keeping the same level of operational density and improving the customer experience at the same time.
Free exchange and return shipping during the opening period
ARCHENIS plans to offer free shipping for exchanges and returns on a temporary basis until approximately March 2027 following its launch.

We believe one of the biggest barriers when discovering a new brand is simple: it is hard to feel fully certain until you have tried it on yourself.
That is especially true for a brand you first encounter online. Questions about size, silhouette, and fabric are natural.
ARCHENIS wanted to reduce that hesitation as much as possible. Even use a lot of cost.
We believe the first experience should feel easy and comfortable rather than uncertain or burdensome.
That is why during the first one to three seasons, we have decided to temporarily remove the burden of exchange and return shipping.

Pre-orders can also be exchanged or refunded
Pre-order items can also be exchanged or refunded.
From time to time you may see brands that do not allow exchanges or refunds on pre-order items. Before becoming a brand owner I was also a customer. I understand that hesitation very well.
Pre-orders naturally require more waiting than standard orders. But that does not mean the customer should be expected to carry more risk.
If anything we believe the opposite.
The longer you are asked to wait, the more secure the order should feel.
ARCHENIS may still be in its early stage, but we did not want to treat customer anxiety as something normal or acceptable from the beginning.
If someone is willing to trust the brand and wait, then we believe it is only right to offer at least a basic layer of protection in return.
As the brand continues to find its footing we will keep improving both the product and the overall experience so we can offer an even higher level of satisfaction.
If this is your first order, we hope you will not worry too much.
ARCHENIS does not want to stop at simply selling clothes. We want to become a brand where trust begins with the very first experience.
